The Museum’s ticketing platform will be offline from 4.30 to 11.30pm on Monday 1 July 2024 while we upgrade the system.

During this time, the following services will be unavailable:

• Online ticket bookings for Discovering Ancient Egypt
• Online ticket bookings for the Discovery Centre
• Online ticket bookings for tours and experiences, including VR and on-site tours
• Friends memberships join/renew
• Donations portal (Annual Appeal, Encounters Fellowship Appeal, General Giving)
