Chief of Unanderra
The florid design, deep crescent shape and small size of this sawn brass gorget make it very similar to a military gorget.
The style of lettering and design suggest a date of early to mid-19th century. The plate is very worn, dented and warped. Unfortunately no information has been discovered about either Geroone or Unanderra.
