Three secondary school students will ask Canadian High Commissioner Michael Leir about the Canadian environment and his country's position on the war in Iraq at a Talkback Classroom forum at the National Museum of Australia in Canberra on Wednesday.
The student panel also plans to question Mr Leir about Canada's relationship with Australia and the United States.
The Year 12 students set to question Mr Leir are Alice Taylor, Holland Park State High School, Brisbane; Tom Harrison, Caulfield Grammar School, Melbourne; Sanna Trad, Condell Park High School, Sydney.

Talkback Classroom gives students access to key politicians and public figures as part of the national civics curriculum.
Secretary of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet Peter Shergold will be another Talkback Classroom guest at the National Museum this year. The first international Talkback Classroom forum of 2006 will take place in Korea next month.
Student preparation for Wednesday's interview has included meetings with parliamentarians, journalists and other experts.
This month's Talkback Classroom coincides with the People of the Cedar exhibition of Canadian First Nation art, on show in the Gallery of First Australians until 28 May.
