  1. The pleasure is ours Darlene!

The National Museum is grateful for such a wonderful and poignant donation! It’s we who thank you.

It’s such a powerful piece – for one object to say so much. We will proudly install it in the entrance Hall of the Museum outside the exhibition. Who’ll need the Inside exhibition after that? I told Leigh that I think you all are just trying to show up National Museum curators!!

For others, Darlene is kindly referring to the memorial that has been made “No More Silent Tears for Forgotten Australians”. You can read more about this beautiful memorial at the post on this website entitled “No More Silent Tears #2″.

Thanks Darlene for your generous offer to help open other people’s eyes.

Thank you for staying in touch with the National Museum. It is greatly appreciated.

Best wishes to you and James.
