The Oasis – on homelessness
Homelessness is a major problem in Australia, a fact that seems to be gaining recognition – last night the National Museum’s Director, Andrew Sayers, participated in the CEO Sleepout to raise money for homeless people.
The Oasis is an extraordinary documentary about young homeless people in Sydney. And now there’s a competition to make a 3-minute movie in response to it. Prizes are cash for the school. Entries are due by 16 September. > theoasismovie.com.au/competition/film-comp.php
