Next Wednesday 18 May is International Museums Day and to mark the occasion we are involved in a showcase and demonstration of video conference (VC) programs available to Australian schools. We anticipate being inspired by other museums – like the Tyrell Museum of Paleontology and, closer to home, Questacon. And we are keen to demonstrate our own capability in this realm of remote but live and participatory learning.
Importantly, we’ll have the chance to speak with teachers about the range of programs we are developing, and – best of all – we’ll dive in and deliver a portion of our forthcoming program about Australian inventions and innovations.
